I have acquired third party software to enable me to rename the mp3's properly. This will ensure that the system does not play a bunch of songs by the same artist back to back. This should mean more variety and make it much easier to identify a song on the radio screen in the club. This handy software removes silly things like "Various" and track numbers from the names and uses the Artist - song format for all the songs.
Unfortunately this does not quite work on the world music as many of the titles are not in english! This program is having a hard time with Hindi Pop and Bollywood music, which is no surprise! Eventually I will have to eliminate some of this music and so you will find that songs that cannot be properly named may be eliminated from the world rotation. I'm working on a special email address that you can all send mp3's and suggestions to.
